To enter, participants must:

Each person may enter once per sweepstake period. Duplicate entries, spam accounts, or automated submissions will be disqualified.

3. Prizes

Sweepstake prizes are typically distributed when $HENRYKAVA reaches public milestones or promotional goals.

• U.S. residents: prizes may be awarded as merchandise, digital assets, or equivalent USD value.
• Non-U.S. residents: prizes may be awarded in SOL (Solana) or other crypto assets at $HENRYKAVA's discretion.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners are selected randomly from all valid entries using a verifiable random selection method.

Winners will be notified through the Telegram contact provided.

If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, $HENRYKAVA reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

5. Holder Access Privileges

Holding $HENRYKAVA Coin does not increase sweepstake odds or affect winner selection.

However, holders may receive exclusive community privileges such as livestream chat access or early announcements.

6. Publicity & Rights

By entering, participants agree that $HENRYKAVA may use their Telegram, handle, or submitted information for winner announcements and promotional purposes, without additional consent or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
